Please be mindful when choosing from our shop, as we do not offer refunds. A refund is only provided when an item is deemed as faulty, and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Sale items are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange. A full priced item purchased with promotional code qualifies as sale item.

We are unable to offer returns on Vivo life supplements and health products.

All of our Zephyr pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high standards are adhered to. In the unlikely case of a fault, please contact customer service at: zephyrstore.nz@gmail.com

We cannot accept liability for any item until it is returned and meets the following criteria:

- Customer care was contacted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel;

- The item(s) was received by us within 14 days of delivery (please note, we understand delays may occur during transit);

- Goods must be in original condition with all tags intact.
